When politics meets cross-country running (of the hare and hounds variety); full-page cartoon from February 14, 1891; 18cm by 25cm. Would look excellent framed ..... The Racketeer knows as he already has a number of these in the study! The cartoon is by John Tenniel, however... Joseph Swain is the engraver... or his company, at least! 'Swain sc' (shown in the corner of the picture) usually means the engraving was done by one of those working for his firm
