The Cricketer (1940, May 4th to Sep 7th)

Bound versions of The Cricketer, which was published weekly (even during the war); from Vol XXI No. 1 to No. 19 / from May 4th to September 6th; as was often the case the magazines were paginated from one issue to the next for that volume - thus we have pages 1 to 456; generally in good condition throughout, with slight signs of foxing.

We've not managed to track down war-time copies of The Cricketer before ..... a fascinating blend of cricket of social commentary
